3-11 Lancelot Place is a boutique townhouse development in the Knightsbridge Conservation Area (SW7), delivered by principal contractor Knowles for client Kogan Bellamy Lloyd. The scheme replaces six 1960s houses with five lateral townhouses designed by Stanesby Architects, each measuring approximately 3,500 sq ft across three above-ground storeys.

Each townhouse includes a deep double basement — totalling a 9,800 sq ft basement footprint — housing plant, storage, and amenity space. The combined gross internal area across the five houses is approximately 23,200 sq ft. The site sits within the Knightsbridge Conservation Area, adjacent to Trevor Square and opposite Harrods. Knightsbridge and South Kensington stations (Piccadilly line) are within easy walking distance.
