We offer competitive fee-sharing arrangements for successful client referrals. Once you introduce a client to us, we handle all aspects of their property search or sale. You receive your agreed fee upon successful completion of the transaction.
What types of clients are you looking for?
We specialise in independent buyer advisory in prime Central London (Kensington, Chelsea, Mayfair, Knightsbridge). Ideal referrals are buyers or tenants seeking properties from £1M+ for purchase or £3,000/week+ for rentals. We act for sellers only where we are formally instructed in writing for a specific transaction.
How quickly do you pay referral fees?
We pay referral fees within 14 days of receiving our commission from the completed transaction. We have an excellent track record of prompt payment and transparent communication throughout.
Can international partners refer clients?
Absolutely. We welcome referrals from property professionals worldwide. Our Russian-speaking capability is particularly valuable for clients from CIS countries, but we work with international clients from all regions.
