Prime Legacy Homes provides property advisory and consultancy services in London's prime residential markets. Our services include:

• Property search and acquisition advisory
• Off-market property sourcing
• Lettings and property management
• Interior design consultation coordination
• Market analysis and investment guidance

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By engaging our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain confidentiality of any privileged information shared

Our fees are agreed upon before commencement of services and will be clearly outlined in our engagement letter. Payment terms, commission structures, and any additional costs will be transparently communicated. We reserve the right to modify our fees with reasonable notice.

While we strive to provide accurate information and professional advice, Prime Legacy Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Property valuations and market analyses are provided as guidance only and should not be construed as guarantees.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Prime Legacy Homes or our licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the engagement letter. Upon termination, you remain liable for any fees incurred up to the termination date. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

We are a member of the Property Redress Scheme, an approved redress scheme for property agents. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly may be referred to the Property Redress Scheme for independent resolution.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
