Regent’s View (Broadway East in past)

Regent's View, formerly known as Broadway East, is a residential development in Bethnal Green (E2) by St William, part of the Berkeley Group, centred on the conversion and restoration of two Victorian-era gasholders dating from 1866, alongside new residential buildings on Marian Place. The development was designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners (RSHP).

The scheme delivers 555 homes across five buildings arranged around a new landscaped park of more than 1.75 acres, opened to the public for the first time. Residents access a private club called Frameworks, which includes a concierge, creative studio, co-working space, lounge, screening room, wellness area with sauna, squash court, rooftop bar, and yoga studio. Cambridge Heath Overground station is a 5-minute walk; Bethnal Green Central line station is an 11-minute walk.
