Trillium (a new phase of West end Gate)

Trillium is the third and final phase of Berkeley's West End Gate masterplan in Paddington Green (W2), designed by Squire & Partners. The 38-storey tower reaches 166 metres, making it Westminster's tallest residential building, and delivers a total of 556 homes across the phase — including 210 affordable — alongside retail and office space. First completions are targeted from Q3 2028.

Residents have access to the Club Elysian wellness suite, which includes a 20-metre swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, gym, yoga studio, infrared and salt saunas, steam room, cold plunge pool, private dining room, screening room, and co-working space. The site is a short walk from Edgware Road station, with Hammersmith & City, Bakerloo, District, and Circle line services, and the Elizabeth line at Paddington for direct access to Heathrow and Canary Wharf.
