Warehaus

Warehaus is a mixed-use development completed in 2014 at 13–18 Sidworth Street, London Fields, E8, by Union Developments. The scheme draws on the warehouse and loft typology of the area, with a communal atrium finished in brass, wood and steel referencing materials historically associated with Hackney.

All apartments feature extra-height exposed concrete ceilings, smart home capabilities, heated walls and private outside space. A glass-bottomed heated swimming pool forms the roof of the building. London Fields Overground station is approximately 200 metres away, with trains reaching Liverpool Street in around 10 minutes. A 24-hour concierge serves the building.
