11 Woodfield Road (Taxi House)

11 Woodfield Road, known as Taxi House, is a mixed-use development in Westbourne Green (W9) by Cheyne Capital, built on the former headquarters of the London Taxi Drivers' Association with 40 metres of Grand Union Canal frontage. Designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM), the building ranges from 3 to 12 storeys and targets a BREEAM Outstanding rating. The project completed in early 2025 and opened under the operator brand Mason & Fifth.

The development delivers 332 serviced accommodation rooms alongside approximately 15,000 sq ft of workspace for SMEs and creative businesses, with 20% at affordable rents. Residents have access to a wellness centre with swimming pool and cinema. The scheme also creates a new public waterside destination on the canal with green biodiverse roofs of 2,200m² across the building.
