Bermondsey Place

Bermondsey Place is a new-build development by Berkeley Group on a 5.4-acre former light industrial site on Malt Street in Bermondsey, SE1, launched in March 2025. The scheme will deliver approximately 1,300 homes across multiple buildings including The Art Mill, a 14-storey structure, with around 40% of all homes designated affordable.

Phase-one buildings The Art Mill and The Art House are scheduled for completion from late 2027. Residents will have access to a concierge, residents' gym, co-working lounge, business meeting rooms, and a sixth-floor podium garden. The development includes a one-acre civic square, public parks, and playground areas. South Bermondsey station provides a 5-minute journey to London Bridge, with Waterloo reachable in 7 minutes.
