Brentford Lock West is a RIBA award-winning waterside regeneration scheme in Brentford (TW8) by Waterside Places — a joint venture between Muse Developments and the Canal & River Trust — on a 6.4-hectare site alongside the Grand Union Canal. The development will deliver approximately 700 homes across multiple phases, with architects including Morris+Company, Mikhail Riches, Karakusevic Carson, Mae, and GRID Architects across different phases.

The final phase will add 452 homes, 40% of which are designated affordable. Across the scheme, 70,000 sq ft of commercial space is planned alongside retail, a bus depot, community allotments, a restored canal-side warehouse frame, visitor moorings, and a new footbridge across the canal. Brentford rail station (South Western Railway) is approximately one minute's walk.
