Churchill Quarter is a mixed-use regeneration scheme in Bromley town centre (BR1) delivered by Countryside Properties in joint venture with the London Borough of Bromley, on the site known as Opportunity Site G adjacent to the Churchill Theatre and Church House Gardens. The scheme is designed by Stitch Architects and provides 384 residential units in buildings of up to 15 storeys alongside at least 10,000 sq ft of commercial and community space.
The development re-provides the Town Church on site and includes retail, restaurant, and office uses. Affordable housing accounts for 35% of the residential total. The scheme targets completion in 2025. Bromley South rail station (Southeastern and Thameslink) is within walking distance, providing direct services to London Bridge, Blackfriars, and St Pancras International.
