Hallsville Quarter is a phased regeneration scheme in Canning Town (E16) by Linkcity and Bouygues Development. The masterplan delivers approximately 1,148 mixed-tenure homes alongside 30,000 sq m of retail and leisure space.

The scheme is designed by Hawkins Brown and is arranged as 74% residential, 18% retail and leisure, and 8% office and community space. Phase Three delivered 620 homes and completed in May 2025. Amenities include shops, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, gym, and co-working spaces, together with 3,000 sq m of landscaped public areas. Canning Town station provides Jubilee line and DLR connections, including direct access to Canary Wharf.
