The scheme is designed by Squire & Partners and retains the existing 12-storey tower while adding three further storeys, bringing the total to 15 storeys.
The project encompasses six buildings delivering office, residential, retail, and healthcare uses. A six-storey building on Kensington Church Street provides retail at ground floor with workspace above, while an eight-storey building provides affordable housing and an NHS medical centre. The principal contractor is Midgard Ltd, with a construction programme running from April 2024 to December 2026. Notting Hill Gate station (Central and Circle lines) adjoins the site.
