Oceanic House is a residential conversion at 1 Cockspur Street, SW1Y, set within a Grade II listed Edwardian building originally constructed as the London headquarters of the White Star Line. The building, on a triangular site adjoining Trafalgar Square, has been converted into seven apartments by Oceanic Property Holdings with interior design by Morpheus London.
