One The Thames

One The Thames is a mixed-use development at 2 Arundel Street, WC2, by Store Holdings Group, with Avondale Construction as main contractor and Wilkinson Eyre Architects and HCL Architects as designers. Completed in 2024, the scheme comprises 151 residential apartments alongside a hotel component on the South Site facing the River Thames.

Apartments and penthouses are accessed via a grand entrance on Temple Place, with river-facing units featuring balconies designed to echo the curved bow of the historic HQS Wellington moored nearby. On-site facilities include a swimming pool, fitness suite, gallery, and events rooms. Temple underground station (Circle and District lines) is adjacent to the site, with Embankment and Covent Garden stations also within walking distance.
