Overview

Regent's Crescent is a residential conversion of a Grade I listed John Nash terrace at Park Crescent, Marylebone W1B, developed by CIT. The building was originally designed by Nash in 1820 for the Prince Regent and was badly damaged during the Second World War; CIT and architects PDP London reimagined the structure around a new-build core, achieving practical completion in 2021.

The scheme comprises 68 apartments and nine Garden Villas ranging from two to five bedrooms. Interior design was by Millier and landscape design by Bowles and Wyer. Residents have access to a 9,000 sq ft basement spa, 20-metre swimming pool, sauna, steam room, private cinema, underground valet parking, and 1.5 acres of private landscaped gardens with tennis courts. Great Portland Street Underground station is a two-minute walk from the development.
