Enquire about this developmentThe Goodsyard is a large-scale mixed-use regeneration scheme on a 4.5-hectare former goods depot in Shoreditch, E1, being developed by Ballymore and Hammerson. Planning permission was granted by the Mayor of London in March 2022 for the comprehensive redevelopment of the site.

The scheme will deliver up to 500 homes, including 50% affordable, alongside 130,000 sq m of offices, retail, and a high line-style elevated public park above the restored railway arches.
