The main focus of the project was on the efficient use of the site to create villas with beautiful views, while maintaining both spacious living areas and open spaces. To answer the challenge, 64 unique villas have been designed in this complex, where there is a choice of detached villas with private pools and roof gardens, or semi-detached villas with communal pools. The exteriors of the villas showcase a sophisticated palette of materials, with a mix of textures such as stone, wood and glass, which blend with their green surroundings and achieve a natural look and feel. Each villa has been designed to make the most of the geographical advantages of the area, with a private pool, balconies and terraces all enhancing contact with nature, allowing for calming views across the bay and the town.
