Overview

Ebury Bridge Estate is a phased regeneration scheme on Ebury Bridge Road in Westminster SW1W, led by Westminster City Council in partnership with contractors Bouygues UK and McLaren. The masterplan by architect astudio will deliver 781 homes across three phases, replacing a 1930s estate on the edge of Belgravia.

Phase 1 completed in December 2024, delivering 226 homes — including 100 council homes for social rent — together with four new public squares, a community nursery, fitness centre, and retail spaces. The scheme achieved BREEAM Communities Outstanding certification, with ground source heat pump systems, greywater recycling, and blue roofs for stormwater management. Phase 2 began construction in February 2026 and is forecast to deliver 334 further homes. Victoria station is approximately 0.5 miles from the site.
