The scheme achieved BREEAM Communities Outstanding certification, with ground source heat pump systems, greywater recycling, and blue roofs for stormwater management. Phase 2 began construction in February 2026 and is forecast to deliver 334 further homes. Victoria station is approximately 0.5 miles from the site.
