Royal Eden Docks

Royal Eden Docks is a residential-led development on Seagull Lane in the Royal Docks, E16, by Mount Anvil. The scheme was designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill and delivers 854 homes across eight buildings set around two landscaped courtyards.

The buildings range up to 15 storeys and are arranged around 5,000 sq m of landscaped garden space, less than 100 metres from the waterfront.
