Vauxhall Square is a large-scale mixed-use regeneration scheme in Vauxhall (SW8) by Bmor and Cedarstone Capital Partners, with detailed plans submitted for a phased redevelopment of the Vauxhall Square site on Wandsworth Road. Designed by Pilbrow Partners.
The full scheme would deliver 1,097 new homes (35% affordable), 1,164 co-living units, 699 student rooms, a 250-key hotel, offices, retail, and a cinema, alongside a new central garden and public realm. Three rounds of public consultation were completed between July 2024 and June 2025. Vauxhall Underground and National Rail station is immediately adjacent, with Victoria and Northern line services.
